Your blog is awesome!! Especially barriers of being a digital nomad, I went to Chiang Mai where is full of digital nomad last year. I love the lifestyle there so much! Now, I came back to Taiwan and wanna to be a digital nomad too. I totally agree challenges may happen. It is very depressive to adapt the period especially no projects for now. I am also afraid of the risk unknown. But I know it is the right thing that I need to do. Hope u can keep going easier and work hard together. ^^ Cheer up!! Blessing to each other!:)
Thank you so much! I am very happy that this blog has reached my Chinese readers and so glad telling my story, my journey to Digital Nomadism. All the best on your travel endeavors! Let’s be an inspiration to one another as well as to other people out there who are feeling the same way!
Yes. Because I saw your blog written by simplified Chinese, I am not sure is it translated by google or you write in Chinese. I am just a beginner and plan to be a digital nomad now. Do u have any suggestions for me? Do u think what kind of skills needing ? Or any kind of jobs are good to be a digital nomad? I love your article so much. I can help you share it to a digital nomad facebook group in Taiwan. Your article is so nice!^^
It was translated by a good friend from Shanghai. You can see his name just below the title.
It really depends on your skills and what you want to pursue. For me, I am exploring writing blogs and all that stuff. Just like what I have shared in my blog, you can choose whichever freelancing jobs you prefer but I have to warn you that it’s quite hard starting in freelancing. If you don’t have much experience at online works, you can start working with online microjobs like visiting websites and testing apps. You’ll earn 0.02 to 1 USD per task but takes only a minute or two to finish one task. Many tasks to choose from. You can sign up here if you’re interested -> http://bit.ly/picowork.
And yes, please SHARE this article so others can be informed as well! Let’s show the world that life doesn’t just revolve on a usual day job!
Regards,
Dan
